Lauren Moore

Lauren is excited to begin her second year teaching beginning tumbling at Soul II Sole Performing Arts! She started her athletic journey as a competitive gymnast before transitioning into coaching both competitive and recreational gymnastics, where she has gained over seven years of teaching experience.

Lauren is passionate about helping children build confidence as they develop their tumbling skills. She loves watching her students master new techniques, overcome challenges, and achieve goals they never thought possible. She believes every child can succeed with encouragement, patience, and a positive learning environment.

Lauren is excited to welcome tumblers of all skill levels and can't wait to see all that her students accomplish this season.
